摘要
目的 探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、人激肽释放酶8(KLK8)的表达与老年高血压患者血压分级及血脂指标的关系。方法 选取2017年2月至2021年1月在该院诊断并进行治疗的298例老年高血压患者作为观察组,其中低危组34例,中危组69例,高危组119例,极高危组76例,另选取同期进行健康体检的体检健康者298例作为对照组,分别比较观察组与对照组、不同高血压分级患者的RBP、KLK8与血脂水平的差异。采用Pearson或Spearman相关分析RBP、KLK8水平与高血压分级及三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平的相关性。结果 观察组患者的RBP、KLK8、TG、TC、LDL水平高于对照组,HDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);不同高血压分级患者的RBP、KLK8、TG、TC、LDL、HDL水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),4组患者RBP、KLK8、TG、TC、LDL水平从高到低依次为极高危组、高危组、中危组及低危组(P<0.05);4组患者的HDL水平从高到低依次为低危组、中危组、高危组及极高危组(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,患者的RBP、KLK8水平与TG、TC、LDL水平及高血压分级呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 血清RBP、KLK8水平与老年高血压患者血压分级及血脂指标相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of serum retinol binding protein(RBP)and human kallikrein 8(KLK8)and blood pressure classification and blood lipid indexes in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 298 elderly hypertensive patients who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,including 34 cases in the low-risk group,69 cases in the intermediate-risk group,119 cases in the high-risk group,and 76 cases in the very-high-risk group.A total of 298 healthy people who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group,and the differences in RBP,KLK8 and blood lipid levels between the observation group and the control group,and patients with different hypertension grades were compared.Pearson or Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation of RBP and KLK8 levels with hypertension grades and levels of triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL).Results The levels of RBP,KLK8,TG,TC and LDL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the HDL level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of RBP,KLK8,TG,TC,LDL and HDL in patients with different hypertension grades were significantly different(P<0.05).The levels of RBP,KLK8,TG,TC and LDL in the four groups were very-high-risk group,high-risk group,intermediate-risk group and low-risk group from high to low(P<0.05).The level of HDL in the four groups were low-risk group,intermediate-risk group,high-risk group and very-high-risk group from high to low(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the levels of RBP and KLK8 were positively correlated with TG,TC,LDL and the grade of hypertension(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the level of HDL(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum RBP and KLK8 are related to blood pressure classification and blood lipid indexes in elderly patients with hypertension.
