海上某油田FPSO工艺系统内结垢成因初探

Preliminary Study on the Causes of Scale in FPSO Process System of Offshore Oilfields

海上某油田的原油属于高蜡轻质油,在其浮式生产储油船上的原油处理系统及污水处理系统内经常发现堵塞物,造成工艺系统压力升高,如不加治理会影响油田生产,增加安全风险。在油田停产检修期间,采用红外光谱、X-荧光光谱等分析技术对系统内不同部位采集的油泥样品、整个工艺过程液流可能带进的化学药剂进行分析,对油田产出液水质及结垢趋势进行测试,初步探讨了油泥垢成因,以期有助于油田开展清垢、防垢工作。

Crude oil from an offshore oil field is highwax light oil,so blockages are often found in the crude oil processing system and wastewater treatment system in its floating production storage vessels,causing pressure rise in the process system and increase of production risk.This will affect the oil field production if left untreated.During the shutdown and overhaul of the oilfield,analytical techniques such as infrared spectroscopy and X-fluorescence spectroscopy were used to analyze the oil sludge samples collected from different parts of the system and the chemicals that may be brought in by the fluid flow throughout the process,and to test the quality of the output fluid water from the oilfield and scaling tendency.This paper carries out a preliminary study on the causes of oil sludge scale in the hope of helping the oilfield conduct scale removal and prevention work.
