An Empirical Study on the Issue of Community Policing Work in the Era of Aging

在人口老龄化基本国情下,针对社会关注的老年人走失警情相关问题,公安机关需整合相关资源,加强社会联动,依托大数据,发挥信息管理研判优势,发挥权威机构领导力和信息发布管理优势,协调社会各方面的力量,构建以公安机关为主导,相关部门协同,社会公益性组织、志愿者团队为重要参与力量的新型老龄化时代老年人走失救助机制。

Under the basic national conditions of an aging population,in response to the issues related to missing elderly people who are concerned by the society,the public security organs need to integrate relevant resources,strengthen social interaction,rely on big data,give full play to the advantages of information management research and judgment,and give full play to the leadership of authoritative institutions and information release management,coordinate the forces of all aspects of the society,and build up a new type of rescue mechanism for the missing elderly people in the era of aging,which is guided by the public security organs,coordinated by relevant departments and participated by public welfare organizations and volunteer teams.
