In the era of Internet plus,there are new forms of crime in illegal fund-raising,such as the use of banking platforms and Internet crowd financing and other legal channels to intensify crime.The amount involved is huge,there are many victims and major prevention and control risks,which has caused serious damage to the credibility of the government,financial security and social order.There is a high incidence of such crimes across the country.After in-depth investigation of the actual situation of the case,it analyzes the causes of the crime,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control countermeasures in terms of strengthening the crackdown,blocking legal loopholes,making full use of big data,controlling false publicity and strengthening industry self-discipline,so as to make suggestions for further promoting the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.
