中国国家图书馆通过新书推荐服务为国家立法和决策活动提供信息支撑。机关用户的显性和隐性需求、图书馆参考馆员团队、多元媒体的书评资源是新书推荐服务体系的关键要素。图书馆应从建立需求沟通机制、提高团队服务意识、形成科学选书机制、积累优质书讯信息源、参与书评内容生产、关注全球出版强国书榜、分析海外涉华图书书情等方面完善作为决策支撑的新书推荐服务。

The National Library of China provides information support for national legislation and decision-making activities through new book recommendation services.The explicit and implicit needs of party and government agencies,the team of reference librarians,and the book review resources of multiple media are the key elements of the new book recommendation service system.The library should further improve the new book recommendation service as decision support by establishing a demand communication mechanism,improving service awareness,forming a scientific book selection mechanism,accumulating high-quality book review information sources,participating in the production of book review content,paying attention to the ranks of best books in top publishing markets,and analyzing overseas China-themed books.
