摘要
采煤方法选择是矿井开采设计中的最关键问题,直接关系煤炭资源的合理开采和煤矿企业的长远发展和整体效益。通过分析杭来湾煤矿302盘区地质条件、煤层变化特征、资源回收率等因素,对比和分析国内及周边矿井的成功经验,综合分析分层大采高综合机械化采煤方法、放顶煤综合机械化采煤方法和一次采全高大采高综合机械化采煤方法的优缺点和可行性,认为杭来湾煤矿302盘区3号煤宜采用一次采全高大采高综采或综采放顶煤开采的采煤方法,可以最大限度地提高煤炭采出率,减小设备投入、降低巷道掘进率和工作面搬家周期,提高矿井整体经济效益。
The choice of coal mining method is the most critical issue in mine mining design,which is directly related to the rational mining of coal resources and the long-term development and overall benefit of coal mining enterprises.Based on the analysis of geological conditions,coal seam variation characteristics and resource recovery rate in 302 panal of Hanglaiwan Coal Mine,combined with the successful experience of surrounding coal mines,the advantages and disadvantages and feasibility of fully mechanized coal mining methods with layered large mining height,caving and one-time mining are compared and analyzed.It is considered that the fully mechanized coal mining method with large mining height or fully mechanized top coal caving mining method is feasible for 302 panal in Hanglaiwan Coal Mine,which can maximize coal recovery,reduce equipment input,decrease roadway driving rate and working face moving cycle,and improve overall economic benefits of the mine.
