基于结构方程的煤矿员工安全行为研究

Research on safety behavior of coal mine employees based on structural equation

为了研究群体动力学对煤矿员工安全行为的影响,本文采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,运用结构方程模型对群体动力学中群体凝聚力、群体压力、群体规范、群体目标、群体领导以及群体结构与煤矿员工的安全行为的关系进行分析。研究表明,群体凝聚力和群体规范可以较为显著地正向影响员工的安全行为;群体压力、群体目标和群体领导可以正向地影响员工的安全行为;群体结构对员工的安全行为存在一定的正向影响。对策建议方面,煤矿企业应当增进人际交流、给予适当压力、规范安全制度、设置合理目标、提高领导艺术、完善晋升渠道等。

In order to study the influence of group dynamics on the safety behavior of coal mine employees,this paper collects data by questionnaire survey,uses structural equation model to analyze the relationship between group cohesion,group pressure,group norms,group goals,group leadership,group structure and safety behaviors of coal mine employees in group dynamics.The conclusions shows the group cohesion and group norms have significant positive impacts on employees’safety behavior;group pressure,group goal and group leadership positively affect employees’safety behavior;group structure has certain positive impacts on employees’safety behavior.Countermeasures and suggestions require coal mining enterprises to enhance interpersonal communication,give appropriate pressure,standardize the safety system,set reasonable goals,improve the leadership art,and improve the promotion channels.
