摘要
国内现有大多数煤矿刮板运输机、转载机采用直接启动的方式,较少使用变频器或软启动驱动。煤矿生产需要电机性能和质量指标的强力保障,近年来随着变频技术的进步发展以及变频一体机等新型产品的日趋成熟,煤矿行业开始大量投入变频一体机、永磁电机等设备,尤其是在综采工作面的乳化泵、胶带机以及刮板机等主要设备上开始投用,而变频一体机能够减小占据空间,还可以在一定程度上实现软启动驱动,使其电流低于额定电流,延长启动时间,减轻启动过程中机械转矩对于设备产生的损伤,进一步提高设备的使用寿命,减少故障率,在提升煤矿的生产效率方面具有显著效果。
At present,most of the coal mine scraper conveyers and transcarriers adopt the way of direct start,less use the frequency converter or soft start drive.Coal mine production need the powerful safeguard of motor performance and quality index.In recent years,with the development of frequency conversion technology and the increasing maturity of new products such as frequency conversion integrated machine,the coal industry began to use a large number of equipment such as frequency conversion integrated machine and permanent magnet motor,especially in the main equipment such as emulsion pump,belt conveyor and scraper in fully mechanized mining face.The variable frequency integrated machine takes up a small space and can realize soft start drive to a certain extent,so that its current is lower than the rated current,prolong the start-up time,reduce the damage caused by mechanical torque to the equipment during the start-up process,improve the service life of the equipment,reduce the failure rate and has a significant effect in improving the production efficiency of coal mine.
