基于微信平台构建应急救护移动学习系统及效果分析 被引量:3

Establishment and the effect of a remote learning system for emergency rescue based on WeChat platform

摘要 目的构建基于微信平台的应急救护移动学习系统混合式教学模式和形成性评价体系,并探讨其在公众应急救护培训中的应用。方法选择河北中医学院2020级大学新生共153名,采用随机数字表法随机分为试验组(n=73)和对照组(n=80)。对照组采用传统的线下课堂讲授应急救护培训方式;试验组应用基于微信公众号平台开发的“公众自救互救”移动学习平台进行线上线下相结合的混合式教学和形成性评价。比较两组学生应急救护知识与技能掌握情况、学习效果考核成绩以及平台学习满意度。结果培训结束后,试验组在心肺复苏、自动体外除颤器使用、包扎技术、骨折固定知识的掌握及理论、实操成绩方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组学生对应急救护移动学习系统的微课程视频、讨论答疑模块的设置、线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式满意度均为100.00%,总体布局满意度为97.26%,学习评价模块题量与组织形式满意度为98.63%,总体满意度较高。结论基于微信平台的应急救护移动学习系统和形成性评价体系的构建,能提高公众应急救护学习效果和实践能力,可作为提高公众应急救护普及教育、促进公众自救互救能力提高的有效实现路径。 Objective To establish a remote learning system and formative assessment for emergency rescue based on WeChat platform and investigate its effect in the training of public emergency rescue.Methods A total of 153 freshers of 2020 from Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were recruited as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the trial group(n=73)and the control group(n=80)by the random number table.In the control group,the traditional method of on-site emergency rescue training was adopted and in the trial group,the“public self-rescue and mutual rescue”remote learning platform based on WeChat platform was applied to carry out a combined online plus on-site instruction and formative assessment.Comparing the two groups of students’knowledge of emergency rescue,the learning effect assessment results,and the satisfaction of platform learning.Results After the training,the trial group was significantly better than the control group in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation,use of automatic external defibrillator(AED),wound dressing skills,fracture fixation,as well as the comprehensive theory and practical performance(all P<0.05).The students in the trial group were satisfied with the four items of remote learning system:micro course video(100.00%),setting of discussion and Q&A module(100.00%),blending instruction mode combining online and on-site(100.00%),overall layout(97.26%),number of questions and organisation of the learning evaluation module(98.63%).The overall satisfaction was high.Conclusions The establishment of the remote learning system for emergency rescue and formative assessment based on WeChat platform can improve the learning and practical capability of the nurses in public emergency rescue.It is effective in the improvement of universal education in public emergency rescue and the capability of self-rescue and mutual rescue.
