摘要
莫能菌素又称瘤胃素、欲可胖,属于抗生素聚醚类添加剂,在反刍动物饲料中因其促生长作用被广泛应用。文章详细介绍了莫能菌素的结构性质和作用机理,阐述和分析了其对反刍动物生长性能、屠宰性能、血液参数、营养物质消化代谢、瘤胃发酵等方面的影响,以期为能够在全面禁抗的形势下,尽快找到新型添加剂提供一定的参考依据。
Monensin,also known as Rumensin and Coban,is an antibiotic polyether additive,and is widely used in ruminant feed because of its growth-promoting effect.The article gives a detailed introduction to the structural properties and action mechanism of monensin,analyzes and explains its influence on growth performance,slaughter performance,blood parameters,nutrient digestion and metabolism,and rumen fermentation in ruminant applications.It is hoped that new additives can be found as soon as possible to provide a certain reference in the context of a total ban on antibiotics.
