连翘苷的提取条件优化研究

摘要 运用响应面实验法优化连翘中连翘苷的乙醇提取条件。研究液料比、乙醇积分数、提取温度及提取时间对连翘苷提取率的影响。确定最优的连翘苷乙醇提取条件为液料比7∶1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数69%、提取温度72℃、提取时间108 min。在优化条件下提取连翘苷,提取率为0.322%。 Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ethanol extraction conditions of forsythin from Forsythia suspensa.The effects of liquid and solid ratio,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction yield of forsythin were studied.The optimal extraction conditions of forsythin were as follows:liquid and solid ratio was 7∶1(mL/g),ethanol concentration was 69%,extraction temperature was 72℃ and extraction time was 108 min.The extraction yield of forsythin under this optimized condition was 0.322%.
