摘要
以3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛和丙二酸为主要原料,经Knoevenagel缩合反应合成了3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸。探究了其分别在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和水作为溶剂时的实验情况。最终在5 mL水,20 mmol 3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛,n(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛)∶n(丙二酸)∶n(乙醇胺)=1∶2∶1,100℃反应8 h的条件下得到了一种绿色的合成方法,其产率为65%,纯度99%以上。
In this paper,3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde and malonic acid were used as the main raw materials,and 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid was synthesized by Knoevenagel condensation reaction.The experimental conditions were explored when N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and water were used as solvents respectively.Finally,a green synthesis method was obtained under the condition of 5 mL of water,20 mmol 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde,n(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde)∶n(malonic acid)∶n(ethanolamine)=1∶2∶1,8 h reaction at 100℃,with a yield of 65% and a purity of more than 99%.
