摘要
氮氧化物发光材料是一种新型的无机发光材料,因其在固态照明方面和显示方面的潜在应用备注瞩目。α-sialon荧光粉是一种新型的氮氧化物发光材料,表现出优异的低热猝灭性、较高的量子效率等。本文首先简要概述了α-sialon的晶体结构,重点分析了影响稀土掺杂的α-sialon荧光粉的发光性能因素,综述了α-sialon荧光粉的制备方法,展望了α-sialon荧光粉未来研究发展方向。
Nitrogen oxide luminescent material is a new type of inorganic luminescent material,which has attracted much attention because of its potential applications in solid-state lighting and display.α-sialon phosphor is a new type of nitrogen oxide luminescent material,which shows excellent low thermal quenching and high quantum efficiency.Firstly,this paper briefly summarizes the crystal structure of α-sialon,focuses on the factors affecting the luminescence properties of rare earth doped α-sialon phosphor,summarizes the preparation methods of α-sialon phosphor,and looks forward to the research and development direction of α-sialon phosphor in the future.
