离子交换—蒸发结晶工艺处理钼酸铵沉淀母液 被引量:1

Treatment of Ammonium Molybdate Precipitation Mother Liquor by Ion Exchange-Evaporative Crystallization Process

摘要 针对某矿山企业钼酸铵沉淀母液返回生产系统对氧压浸出带来不利影响的问题,研究了采用离子交换吸附—蒸发结晶工艺单独处理钼酸铵沉淀母液。试验结果表明,D318大孔树脂可以很好地吸附沉淀母液中的钼,树脂的吸附容量为889.8 mg/g干树脂,淋洗合格液采用硫酸镁和硫酸铝净化除杂后可以满足钼产品沉淀的要求,钼酸铵产品的沉淀率可达94.09%,吸附尾液进行蒸发浓缩-冷却结晶-产品干燥后所得硫酸铵样品与GB 535—1995国家标准相比,可以达到合格品的标准。 In view of the adverse effect of ammonium molybdate precipitation mother liquor returning to the production system on oxygen pressure leaching in a mining enterprise,the treatment of ammonium molybdate precipitation mother liquor by ion exchange evaporative-crystallization process is studied.The test results show that D318 macroporous resin can well adsorb molybdenum in the precipitation mother liquor,and the adsorption capacity of the resin is 889.8 mg/g dry resin.The qualified leaching solution is purified by magnesium sulfate and aluminum sulfate,which can meet the precipitation requirements of molybdenum products.The precipitation rate of ammonium molybdate products can reach 94.09%.Compared with GB535-1995 national standard,the ammonium sulfate sample obtained after evaporation concentration,cooling crystallization and product drying of adsorption tail liquid can meet the standard of qualified products.
