摘要
某油田三相分离器在线除砂效果差,分离器积砂严重。对分离器除砂机理分析,对于分离器水力除砂系统,不同砂物质均存在临界流化系数,除砂效率遵循指数递减规律。对该油田除砂系统内部设计、参数设置和作业程序等分析后发现,除砂作业工序复杂、工作量大是除砂效果差的主要原因。提出了除砂作业新方法和智能化控制方案,提高了作业效果,降低了作业难度,为分离器除砂提效提供解决思路,有利于分离器在线除砂智能化升级。
The online desanding effect of the three-phase separator in an oilfield is poor,and the sand accumulation of the separator is serious.For the hydraulic desanding system of separator,there are critical fluidization coefficients for different sand materials,and the desanding efficiency follows the law of exponential decline.After analyzing the internal design,parameter setting and operation procedure of the desanding system in the oilfield,it is found that the main reason for the poor desanding effect is the heavy workload and complex process.The new method and intelligent control scheme of desanding operation are put forward,which improves the operation effect and reduces the operation difficulty.It provides a solution to improve the efficiency of separator desanding,and is conducive to the intelligent upgrade of separator online desanding.
