单螺杆泵与离心泵在海上油田原油输送选型分析 被引量:1

摘要 原油输送泵是海上油田设施传输原油的重要设备之一,也是油田原油生产的关键一环。因此原油输送泵是否稳定运行成为油田稳定生产的关键。本文根据渤海某油田原油主要成分,对该油田设施原有单螺杆式原油输送泵的故障原因进行分析发现,由于原油生产流程的不稳定,原油流体温度较高,原油含沙增多并且含有一定量的化学药剂,会加剧定子内橡胶的膨胀、老化、变形,从而使运输介质的密封腔体损坏,转子扭矩增大。根据定子的主要损坏的原因,通过改变原油输送泵形式,对离心式原油输送泵可行性分析,并现场实验改型安装,检验效果,从而更好地维护了原油流程的稳定。 Crude oil delivery pump is one of the important equipment for crude oil transmission in offshore oilfield facilities,and it is also a key link in Oilfield crude oil production.Therefore,whether the crude oil delivery pump operates stably has become the key to the stable production of the oilfield.According to the main components of crude oil in an oil field in Bohai Sea,this paper analyzes the failure causes of the original single screw crude oil transfer pump in the oil field facility.It is found that due to the instability of crude oil production process,high crude oil fluid temperature,increased sand content in crude oil and a certain amount of chemical agents,it will aggravate the expansion,aging and deformation of rubber in stator.Thus,the sealing cavity of the transport medium is damaged and the rotor torque is increased.According to the main damage causes of the stator,the feasibility of the centrifugal crude oil transfer pump is analyzed by changing the form of the crude oil transfer pump,and the field experiment is modified and installed to test the effect,so as to better maintain the stability of the crude oil process.
