摘要
废酸是含能材料合成实验室的常见废液,是实验室的重要危险源之一。本文对典型废酸的来源及特点进行了分析,提出了溶剂萃取和低温静置两种预处理方法,可以有效降低废酸中的有机物含量,提高其本质安全性。对含能材料合成实验室的安全管理提出了建议。
Waste acids are common discard liquid in energetic material synthesis lab,which is one of the dangerous sources in lab.In this manuscript,the typical waste acids sources and features have been discussed,and two methods,solvent extraction and low temperature stand-by,are proposed to decrease the content of organic compound in waste acid,which can improve the nature safety of waste acids.Some suggestions for safety management in energetic material synthesis lab also have been proposed.
