摘要
文章利用文献综述方法研究了血管生成素2(Agiopoietin 2, Ang2)对血脑屏障(Blood Brain Barrier,BBB)的作用机制。结果显示,Ang2调节血管和淋巴管的生成与发育,与血管通透性、炎症、血管生成重构和促进肿瘤区血管生成等密切相关;现今Ang2在诸多疾病研究中得到越来越多的重视,可以作为疾病发展及预后的敏感指标,但在急性高原病及急性高原脑水肿(High Altitude Cerebral Edema, HACE)的研究中报道较少。因此,Ang2对BBB结构蛋白Occludin,Claudin5,ZO-1作用机制值得进一步研究。
The mechanism of angiopoietin 2(Ang2) on blood brain barrier(BBB) was studied by literature review. The results show that Ang2 regulates the development of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and is closely related to vascular permeability, inflammation, angiogenesis remodeling and the promotion of angiogenesis in tumor areas. Nowadays, it has received more and more attention in many disease studies, and can be used as a sensitive indicator of disease development and prognosis. However, there are few studies on Ang2 in acute mountain sickness and high altitude cerebral edema(HACE). Therefore, the mechanism of Ang2 on BBB structural proteins as Occludin, Claudin5 and ZO-1 is worthy of further study.
