摘要
随着多媒体技术的不断发展,如今的网络课程已经成为现代化教育的重要途径。多媒体技术与传统的课堂教学相比,教学内容与形式更为丰富。对于“果蔬加工学”来说,更能发挥其有效作用。对此,探析多媒体技术如何在“果蔬加工学”教学中实践运用,并提出相关运用策略。
With the continuous development of multimedia technology,network course has become an important way of modern education.Compared with traditional classroom teaching,multimedia technology has more abundant teaching contents and forms.It can play an effective role in the Fruit and Vegetable Processing Science course.Therefore,this paper explored how to use multimedia technology in the teaching practice of Fruit and Vegetable Processing Science,and put forward the relevant application strategies.
