摘要 乙烯焦油沥青是人造炭材料的重要前驱体。为进一步明确乙烯焦油沥青的基础性质,分别用甲醇、正丁醇、正庚烷和二甲基亚砜四种溶剂对乙烯焦油沥青进行萃取,得到四种沥青可溶组分,依次命名为甲醇可溶组分(MTS)、正丁醇可溶组分(BAS)、正庚烷可溶组分(HS)和二甲基亚砜可溶组分(DMSOS)。利用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱和热重分析等表征手段,结合分峰拟合的方法对沥青组分进行分析。结果表明,五种沥青中均存在5环以上的芳香稠环结构,乙烯焦油沥青的CH_(3)/CH_(2)和I_(ar)较高,MTS的CH_(3)/CH_(2)和I_(ar)最低。从MTS到DMSOS随萃取收率的提高残炭率依次提升,最大失重温度依次升高,热稳定性升高。五种沥青组分的热解行为较为相似,与沥青分子间官能团的种类相似有关。 Ethylene tar pitch is an important precursor of artificial carbon materials.In order to further clarify the basic physical properties of ethylene tar pitch,four solvents of methanol,n-butanol,n-heptane,and di-methyl sulfoxide were used to extract ethylene tar pitch.Four pitch components were obtained and named as methanol soluble components(MTS),n-butanol soluble components(BAS),n-heptane soluble components(HS),and dimethyl sulfoxide soluble components(DMSOS).Combined with the peak differentiating and fit-ting method,the five pitch components were characterized by elemental analysis,ultraviolet spectroscopy,in-frared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that there are aromatic condensed ring structures with more than 5 rings in the five components.The CH_(3)/CH_(2) and I_(ar) of the ethylene tar pitch are higher,and those of MTS are the lowest.With the increase in extraction yield from MTS to DMSOS,the carbon residue rate increases,the maximum weight loss temperature increases,and the thermal stability increases.The pyrolysis behaviors of the five components are relatively similar,which is related to the similar types of the intermolecular functional groups in the components.
