数字化转型对企业韧性的影响研究

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Corporate Resilience

基于我国30个省份2015—2019年的面板数据,采用熵值法测算各省份数字化转型水平,运用固定效应模型探究数字化转型与企业韧性之间的关系.结果表明,数字化转型对企业韧性具有“双刃剑”效应,一方面会迫使企业陷入生存困境,另一方面能增强企业应对不确定性因素的能力;进一步分析发现,数字化转型的影响具有异质性,对中小企业的韧性作用更为显著.

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2015 to 2019,this paper uses the entropy method to measure the level of digital transformation in various provinces in my country,and uses a fixed effect model to explore the relationship between digital transformation and corporate resilience.The results show that digital transformation has a“double-edged sword”effect on enterprise resilience.On the one hand,it will force enterprises to fall into a predicament of survival,on the other hand,it can enhance the ability of enterprises to deal with uncertain factors.Further analysis shows that the impact of digital transformation has heterogeneity,its effect on SMEs is more significant.
