轴箱类薄壁组件的焊接变形控制工艺研究

摘要 在产品设计和制作中,为了保证产品质量,减少材料浪费量和制造成本,应选择合理的焊接方法。对于轴箱类薄壁组件的焊接处理,由于工艺限制可能出现变形问题,设计不合理也可能导致焊接变形,情况严重时会导致产品报废,浪费资源,增加制作成本。轴箱类薄壁组件主要是钢板材料,如何有效控制焊接质量、规避焊接变形问题出现,加强焊接变形工艺控制是必然选择。本文就轴箱类薄壁组件的焊接变形控制工艺着手分析,把握工艺特点,在了解焊接变形原因的情况下,提出合理化的工艺手段,以便提升焊接变形控制水平。 In the product design and production,in order to ensure the product quality,reduce the material waste and production cost,reasonable welding methods should be selected.For the welding treatment of shaft box thin-wall assembly,deformation problems may occur due to process restrictions,and unreasonable design may also lead to welding deformation,under serious circumstances which will lead to product scrap,waste of resources and increase the production cost.The thin-wall components of the shaft box are mainly steel plate materials.How to effectively control the welding quality and avoid the problem of welding deformation,it is an inevitable choices to trengthen the control of welding deformation process.This paper analyzes the welding deformation control process of thin-wall components of shaft box,grasps the process characteristics,and proposes the reasonable process means to improve the welding deformation control level under the conditon of understanding the causes of welding deformation.
