重大卫生事件冲击下对中小企业的发展研究

Research on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Under the Impact of Major Health Events

世界重大卫生事件的出现给全世界中小企业市场经济健康发展带来了不小的重创。中小企业是国家在经济发展过程中的主要生力军,在我国经济社会开发中占有着巨大的无法取代的作用。所以,此次事件给我国经济社会造成的巨大冲击也不容小觑。此外,重大卫生事件使中小企业的复工复产遇到了很大的阻碍,使中小企业的脆弱更加鲜明、资金问题更加突出。本文将从中小企业的融资难、劳动力缺乏、创新能力不足等方面分析其面临的困境,提出从政府和企业两个层面采取有效措施,一方面,中央和地方政府要制定有效扶持政策;另一方面,企业要从自身着手,积极开展自救工作,使中小企业顺利渡过难关。

The emergence of major world health events has brought great damage to the healthy development of market economy of small and medium-sized enterprises all over the world.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main new force in the process of national economic development and play an irreplaceable role in China's economic and social development.Therefore,the great impact of this incident on China's economy and society should not be underestimated.In addition,major health events have greatly hindered the resumption of work and production of small and medium-sized enterprises,making the vulnerability of small and medium-sized enterprises more distinct and the capital problem more prominent.This paper will analyze the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of financing difficulties,lack of labor force and lack of innovation ability,and put forward effective measures from the two levels of government and enterprises.On the one hand,the central and local governments should formulate effective support policies;on the other hand,enterprises should start from themselves and actively carry out self-help work to make small and medium-sized enterprises get through the difficulties smoothly.
