柔道U赛制对青少年柔道运动发展的价值及发展机制研究

青少年柔道竞技人才梯队发展机制缺乏和立体化支撑性发展政策的缺失,制约了我国柔道青少年人才的培养速度和质量,因此,加强青少年柔道运动开展策略与科学化教学手段的研究,促进青少年柔道运动的可持续性发展是当务之急。U赛制的研究和推广是我国青少年柔道运动发展史上的大事,需要加强支持。该文就柔道U赛制的价值和发展机制进行深度探索,目的在于推动青少年柔道运动可持续发展的同时,为竞技柔道培养大量后备人才。

The lack of talent echelon development mechanism and three-dimensional supporting development policy have restricted the training speed and quality of teenager judo talents in China.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the development strategy and scientific teaching methods of teenagers'judo and promote the sustainable development of teenagers'judo.The research and promotion of U competition system is an important event in the development history of teenagers'judo in China,which needs to be strengthened.This paper makes a deep exploration on the value and development mechanism of judo U competition system,aiming at promoting the sustainable development of teenagers'judo and cultivating a large number of reserve talents for competitive judo.
