摘要
目的:探寻体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响,为学校体育教学提供相关资料。方法:采用分层随机抽样,随机抽取无锡市1000名大学生进行问卷调查,大学生心理健康采用L.R.Derogatis编制的症状自评量表(SCL-90),运动量的测试采用梁德清等人修订的体育活动等级量表(PARS-3)。结果:(1)实验组和对照组在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、恐惧、妄想及精神病性差异具有显著性(P<0.05);(2)体育锻炼与大学生的心理健康具有正相关性,相关度为91.7%。通过方差分析发现不同强度体育锻炼对心理健康有着不同程度的影响。结论:体育锻炼对大学生的心理健康具有良好的影响,中等强度的体育锻炼对大学生心理健康具有最显著的效果。
Objective:To explore the influence of physical exercise on the mental health of college students,and to provide relevant documents for school physical education.Methods:1000 college students in Wuxi were randomly selected by stratified random sampling.The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)compiled by L.R.Derogatis was used for college students'mental health,and the physical activity rating scale(PARS-3)revised by Liang Deqing and others was used for the test of exercise.Results:(1)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in obsession,interpersonal relationship,depression,hostility,fear,delusion and psychosis(P<0.05);(2)There is a positive correlation between physical exercise and mental health of college students,the correlation is 91.7%.Through the analysis of variance,it is found that different intensity of physical exercise has different influence on mental health.Conclusion:Physical exercise has a good effect on the mental health of college students,and moderate intensity physical exercise has the most significant effect on the mental health of college students.
