With the continuous development of Internet technology,the methods and modes of PE teaching in colleges and universities are also changing.As a popular teaching method,flipped classroom puts forward a new way of thinking for the reform of PE course in colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the value of introducing flipped classroom into college PE,then analyzes the current situation of college PE,and finally puts forward the implementation strategy of introducing flipped classroom into college PE,in order to provide some theoretical references for the reform and innovation of college PE.
