基于网络治理理论的社区体育公共服务供给模式分析

Analysis on the Supply Mode of Community Sports Public Service Based on Network Governance Theory

随着我国公共服务体系的日渐完善,如何在体育领域开展公共服务,这是整个社会面临的重要问题。作为新公共管理运动的先进理论,网络治理理论为公共服务的开展带来了新的视角,从该理论出发,对社区体育公共服务的供给主体进行功能定位分析,了解供给主体和网络治理主体的实际功能,并探讨网络治理理论下社区体育公共服务供给模式的选择,突出其发展的前瞻性与优越性。

With the gradual improvement of public service system in China,how to develop public service in sports field is an important problem faced by the whole society.As an advanced theory of the new public management movement,network governance theory brings a new perspective to the development of public services.Starting from this theory,this paper analyzes the functional positioning of the supply subject of community sports public services,understands the actual functions of the supply subject and network governance subject,discusses the choice of the supply mode of community sports public services under the network governance theory,and highlights the foresight and superiority of its development.
