乡村振兴背景下新疆农村体育发展研究

Research on the Development of Rural Sports in Xinjiang under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略的实施给我国农村体育的完善与发展带来了机遇。通过调查发现,新疆农村体育存在:政府职能缺失,机制不完善;乡村体育文化发展滞后;公共服务器材供需不足;专业人才配备不足等问题。研究认为:应建立完善的运行机制,创新管理体制;加大经费投入,健全基本配置。通过对全民健身资料的收集与梳理,对这些数据进行分析并提出优化新疆农村体育发展的建议,从而为推动新疆农村体育的全面发展提供理论依据。

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has brought opportunities for the improvement and exhibition of rural sports in China.Through the investigation,it is found that:The government function is missing and the mechanism is not perfect;The development of rural sports culture lags behind;The supply and demand of public server materials are insufficient;Professionals are insufficient.The research holds that:Establish a perfect operation mechanism and innovate the management system;Increase the investment of funds and improve the basic allocation.Through the collection and sorting of national fitness data,this paper analyzes these data and puts forward suggestions to optimize the development of rural sports in Xinjiang,so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the all-round development of rural sports in Xinjiang.
