后疫情视域下易筋经干预大学生身心健康研究——以江西中医药大学为例 被引量:2

Study on the Intervention of Yi Jin Jing on College Students'Physical and Mental Health from the Perspective of Post Epidemic Situation--Taking Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an Example

摘要 目的:通过对疫情封校时期校园内进行易筋经锻炼的大学生进行相关调查,分析在后疫情时代下易筋经对在校大学生身体素质的改善情况。方法:随机选取江西中医药大学健康学生108例(男生、女生各54人),并按时进行传统易筋经运动训练,持续3个月,训练结束后对学生测量肺活量、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果:通过3个月易筋经锻炼,大学生肺活量较锻炼前明显增高(P<0.05),SAS评分较锻炼前也有了明显降低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,说明通过进行传统易筋经锻炼,对于提高疫情封校时期内大学生身体健康水平起到明显作用。 Objective:To analyze the improvement of Yi Jin Jing on the physical quality of college students in the post-epidemic period by investigating the college students who took Yi Jin Jing exercise during the epidemic closure period.Methods:A total of 108 healthy students(54 boys and 54 girls)were randomly selected and received traditional exercise training on time for 3 months.After the training,the students were measured with vital capacity index,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS).Results:The study found that after 3 months of Yi Jin Jing exercise,the vital capacity of college students was significantly higher than before exercise(P<0.05),SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before exercise(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that through traditional Yi Jin Jing exercise.It plays an obvious role in improving the health level of college students during the epidemic closure period.
