摘要
为了提高猴头菌丝体多糖的提取率,对猴头菌丝多糖的提取工艺进行了优化研究。采用单因素试验结合正交试验的方法,通过超声波法提取菌丝体多糖。结果表明,以蒸馏水为浸提溶剂,料液比1∶40,60℃下超声提取30 min为最佳提取条件。
In order to improve the extraction rate of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide,the extraction technology of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide was optimized.Single factor test combined with orthogonal test,extraction of polysaccharide by ultrasonic method.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows:distilled water was used as extraction solvent,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶40,ultrasonic extraction at 60℃for 30 minutes.
