摘要
在当代快节奏的生活状态下,随着人们对健康饮食的关注,代餐食品走上时代舞台。基于对新型食用菌营养价值的深入研究及其添加入代餐产品可行性的测试,在未来,新型食用菌代餐产业具有较好的发展潜力。依靠国家已有的政策扶持,发展新型食用菌代餐产业是拉动地方经济、促进乡村振兴的一项可行举措。
In the fast-paced life of contemporary society,with people's attention to healthy eating,meal replacement foods have stepped onto the stage of the times.Based on the in-depth study of the nutritional value of new edible fungi and the test of the feasibility of adding them to meal replacement products.The new edible fungus meal replacement industry has considerable development potential,in the future,relying on the country's existing policy support to develop a new type of edible fungus meal replacement industry is a feasible measure to stimulate the local economy and promote rural revitalization.
