1+6+12与1+18钢帘线微动磨损研究 被引量:1

摘要 对比分析了1+6+12与1+18两种结构钢帘线在承受低载、单向应力弯曲疲劳过程中,帘线内钢丝微动磨损的特征,检测了微动磨损后外层单丝的强度。试验结果表明:1+18结构的钢帘线在弯曲过程中内外层钢丝间的微动磨损小,解捻后的外层钢丝表面损伤和单丝强度损失小。1+6+12钢帘线在弯曲过程中的微动磨损明显,外层钢丝内侧微动磨损伤疤的长度与宽度随弯曲次数增加呈增长趋势,并且磨损伤疤的长度与宽度在不同磨损阶段下的增长速率不同。在低载弯曲过程中,1+18结构的钢帘线抵抗微动磨损的性能优于1+6+12结构的钢帘线。 The characteristics of fretting wear of steel wires in 1+6+12 and 1+18 steel cords under low load and unidirectional stress bending fatigue were compared and analyzed,and the strength of outer single wires after fretting wear was detected.Results show that fretting wear between inner and outer steel wires in 1+18 steel cords is small,and surface damage of outer steel wire and loss of filament strength are small after untwisting.The fretting wear of 1+6+12 steel cords is obvious in bending process.The length and width of fretting wear scar on inner side of outer steel wire increase with the increase of bending times,and growth rate of length and width of wear scar is different in different wear stages.In low load bending process,the performance of 1+18 steel cord against fretting wear is better than that of 1+6+12 steel cord.
