摘要 设计了生产超高强钢丝的高温热处理工艺,试验表明:钢丝高温处理后获得了理想的索氏体组织;加工应变后单丝加工硬化能力明显提升,高温处理的直径1.92→0.30 mm钢丝即可达到大生产工艺下直径2.04→0.30 mm钢丝的破断拉力。高索氏体化率意味着不会损失钢丝的强韧性,同时大晶粒能够改善帘线破断拉力的过程能力;使得用82A盘条代替92A盘条生产超高强度钢丝成为可能,具有巨大的应用前景。 To design high temperature heat treatment process for producing ultra-high strength steel wire.Test shows that ideal sorbite structure is obtained after high temperature treatment.After work strain,work hardening ability of filament is significantly improved.High temperature treated steel wire with diameter of 1.92 drawn to 0.30 mm can reach breaking force of steel wire with diameter of 2.04 drawn to 0.30 mm under large production process.High sorbitic rate means that strength and toughness of steel wire will not be lost,and large grains can improve process ability of cord breaking force.This makes it possible to use 82A wire rod instead of 92A wire rod to produce ultra-high strength steel wire,which has great application prospect.
