Al对深地深海油气勘探用高强度电缆铠装钢微观组织的影响

摘要 设计了2种不同Al含量的深地深海油气勘探用高强度电缆铠装钢,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对两种试验钢的微观结构进行观察。结果表明:添加Al元素质量分数3.97%,试验钢的微观结构出现了先共析铁素体,获得了体积分数约12.3%的先共析铁素体;Al元素减小了试验钢珠光体团的大小,珠光体团的尺寸由16μm减小至14μm;Al元素细化了试验钢珠光体组织中渗碳体的片层间距,由120 nm减小至103 nm。 Two kinds of high strength cable armored steels with different Al content for deep sea oil and gas exploration are designed.The microstructure of two test steels was observed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.Results show that pre eutectoid ferrite appears in microstructure of test steel when mass fraction of Al is 3.97%,and pre eutectoid ferrite with volume fraction of about 12.3% is obtained.Al element reduced size of pearlite cluster of test steel,and size of pearlite cluster was reduced from 16μm to 14μm.Al element refined lamellar spacing of cementite in pearlite microstructure of test steel,which was reduced from 120 nm to 103 nm.
