摘要
目的 针对自动驾驶观光车内饰的人机交互问题,运用人机工程学方法,对内饰的人-机-环境进行研究。方法 使用JACK工具对自动驾驶观光车模型仿真分析,分析计算座椅H点、座椅腿部空间与座椅舒适性仿真、可视域仿真、可达域仿真、工作姿势分析、下背部受力仿真、关节舒适度。结论 通过仿真软件分析验证,得出符合人机工程的内饰空间布置,提出设计优化与建议,并验证优化结果。
For the human-computer interaction of the self-driving sightseeing bus, using ergonomic method to study the sightseeing car. In this study,JACK is used as a simulation tool to simulate and analyze the self driving sightseeing bus model. In this study, the following contents are discussed: seat H point, seat leg space and seat comfort simulation, visual field simulation, reachable domain simulation, ovako working posture analysis, lower back stress simulation, joint comfort. Through the analysis,ergonomics dimension of bus is obtained. Finally, the design suggestions are put forward and the optimization results are verified.
