基于线性网络模型的卷烟逐口动态吸阻与动态通风率的关系 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究卷烟在燃吸状态下逐口动态吸阻与动态通风的关系,基于卷烟冷态下的线性网络模型,建立了卷烟在热态下吸阻与通风的相关模型,得到卷烟动态吸阻与动态滤嘴通风率之间的线性关系。采用3种不同圆周卷烟进行实验对模型进行验证,结果表明:(1)动态吸阻、滤嘴通风率以及总通风率模型计算值与实验值的平均相对误差分别为7.4%、6.3%、11.1%,说明该模型具有较好的适用性和准确性;(2)不同圆周卷烟在燃吸过程中,当滤嘴通风孔和滤嘴后段的吸阻值保持不变时,动态滤嘴通风率与卷烟的总吸阻之间呈线性关系;(3)在逐口抽吸过程中,卷烟动态滤嘴通风率和总通风率呈现下降趋势,下降幅度分别为4~6百分点和12~20百分点;(4)该卷烟动态模型可以对卷烟在燃烧状态下吸阻与通风的变化进行预测,为卷烟设计提供参考。 In order to study the relationship between the puff-by-puff dynamic draw resistance and ventilation of a lit cigarette,a correlation model for the draw resistance and the ventilation of cigarette under the lit state was established on the basis of the linear network model of cigarette in cold state.The linear relationship between the dynamic draw resistance and filter ventilation rate of the cigarette was established.The established.model was verified with cigarettes of three circumferences,and the results showed that:1)The average relative errors of the dynamic draw resistance,filter ventilation rate and total ventilation rate between the calculated values by the established model and experimental values were 7.4%,6.3%and 11.1%respectively,which indicated that the model had a good applicability and high accuracy.2)There was a linear relationship between the filter ventilation rate and the total draw resistance of the cigarettes during puffing while keeping the values of draw resistance at the filter ventilation holes and rear section of the filter unchanged.3)During puffing,the dynamic filter ventilation rate and the total ventilation rate decreased gradually with the descend range of 4-6 and 12-20 percentage points with each puff.4)The established dynamic model could predict the variations in the draw resistance and the ventilation of a cigarette in combustion state,which provides a more realistic reference for cigarette design.
