衬管用改性超高相对分子质量聚乙烯管材的制备

摘要 以超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为主要原料,与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和加工助剂共混改性后,利用单螺杆熔融牵引法挤出,制备了油田抽油管内衬管用改性UHMWPE管材。采用万能试验机、冲击试验机、维卡软化温度检测仪等对UHMWPE管材的性能进行表征,研究了各组分对UHMWPE管材性能的影响。结果表明:UHMWPE用量为70.0 phr能够保证UHMWPE管材的基础力学性能;HDPE牌号对UHMWPE管材的流动性和热性能有影响,选用HDPE YS-4最佳;润滑剂用量为4.0 phr能够达到较好的增加管材表面光洁度的效果。 Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)was blended and modified with high density polyethylene(HDPE)and processing aids to prepare the modified UHMWPE pipe specialty for oil pumping pipe liner via single screw melt traction extrusion.The properties of the pipe specialty were characterized by universal testing machine,impact testing machine and Vicat softening temperature detector,and the effects of each component on the properties of pipes were observed.The results show that the basic mechanical properties of the material are maintained when the amount of UHMWPE reaches 70.0 phr.The type of HDPE contributes to the fluidity and thermal properties of the material,and YS-4 is the best.The surface roughness of the pipe is improved when the lubricant is 4.0 phr.
