摘要
综述了聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)的两种生产工艺,即酯交换法和直接酯化法。与酯交换法相比,直接酯化法工艺流程短,设备投资少,原料消耗少,副产物易于分离,附加经济价值较高。从玻璃纤维改性、合金改性以及纳米复合改性三个方面简要说明改性技术的研究情况,通过改性制备PBT复合材料,可以提高负荷变形温度的稳定性、耐刮擦性、耐高温和结构强度等。最后,详细分析了市场供应情况。
The production processes of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)are reviewed,which include transesterification and direct esterification.The latter method features shorter process flow,less equipment costs,less material consumption and easily removed byproducts,which can obtain more added values.Modification for PBT is described covering glass fiber modification,alloy modification and nano-composite modification.The properties of PBT composites after modification are improved,such as thermal deformation temperature stability,scratch resistance,high temperature resistance and structural strength.The markets of PBT are investigated at the end.
