摘要
综述了含硅、磷、氮及多元素协同的阻燃环氧树脂固化剂的研究进展,介绍了各种阻燃固化剂的阻燃作用机理,分析了不同阻燃固化剂的优缺点,最后对高性能阻燃环氧树脂固化剂的发展趋势进行了展望。含硅固化剂耐热性优良但合成工艺复杂;含磷胺类和酚类固化剂反应活性较低,含磷酸酐类固化剂固化温度较高,且合成工艺复杂,成本高;含氮固化剂腐蚀性低,对环境友好,但阻燃效率不高。设计合成新型高效、低廉的阻燃固化剂,是当前的研究重点。
The research progress of flame retardant epoxy resin curing agents containing silicon,phosphorus,nitrogen and multi-element synergy was reviewed.The mechanism of various flame retardant curing agents and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced along with.The development trend of high performance flame retardant epoxy resin curing agent was prospected.Silicon-containing curing agents perform excellently in heat resistance but whose synthesis process is complex;phosphorus-containing amines and phenol-based curing agents have low reactivity,phosphoric anhydride-containing curing agents have higher curing temperatures,both have complex synthesis processes and high costs;nitrogen-containing curing agents are environment friendly thanks to their low corrosiveness,but whose flame retardant efficiency is poor.Therefore,current researches should focus on design and synthesis of high-efficiency and low-cost flame retardant curing agent.
