摘要
综述了车用聚丙烯研究进展。填充玻璃微珠与滑石粉的低密度聚丙烯复合材料可以制备薄壁化汽车备件;添加抗虎皮纹剂可以改善聚丙烯薄壁化注塑过程中产生的流痕;使用有机硅包覆的复合发泡剂制备的发泡聚丙烯复合材料密度低,可用于生产汽车仪表板等;添加硅酸铝纤维和膨胀珍珠岩制备的聚丙烯复合材料可以降低车内气味,添加长玻璃纤维进行微发泡制备的聚丙烯复合材料具有良好的轻量化效果和气味等级;添加苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物可以提高聚丙烯复合材料的透光性;添加黄麻纤维制备的聚丙烯复合材料可以降低汽车低频区域的噪音。
Advances in polypropylene research were reviewed in this paper.The research results show that:low density polypropylene composite filled with glass microspheres and talc powder can be used to manufacture thin-wall parts for vehicles;and anti-tiger skin texture additive can improve flowing marks produced in the thinwall injection of polypropylene.Foaming polypropylene composite prepared with silica-encapsulating compound foaming agents can be used to produce the dashboard and the other parts in vehicles for its low density.In the polypropylene composite,the additives of aluminum silicate fiber and expanded perlite can reduce the odor in vehicles,the polypropylene composite prepared by long glass fiber micro-foaming has excellent lightweighting effect and odor level.The additive of styrene-ethylene-butene-styrene block copolymer improve the transparency of polypropylene composite respectively.The additive of jute fiber added in this composite can reduce the noise of vehicles in low frequency region.
