组蛋白乳酸化在疾病中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 在染色质表观遗传调控的背景下,细胞辅因子和代谢产物通过不同的表观遗传修饰参与基因表达调控。最新研究发现糖酵解代谢产生的乳酸可通过组蛋白乳酸化表观遗传修饰对转录进行调控。Warburg效应代谢特征是有氧条件下的糖贪婪和过量乳酸的产生。Warburg效应在疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文对乳酸介导的组蛋白乳酸化及组蛋白乳酸化在Warburg效应及相关疾病如肿瘤、免疫系统和呼吸系统疾病中的最新研究进展进行综述。 Under the background of the epigenetic regulation of chromatin,cell co-factors and metabolism product participate in gene expression regulation through different epigenetic modifications.A new study has found that lactic acid sourced from glycolysis metabolism could regulate transcription through epigenetic modifications of histone lactylation.Warburg effect is aerobic conditions of sugar greed and excess production of lactic acid.And Warburg effect plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases.This paper reviews the recent research progress of lactic acid-mediated histone lactylation and its role in Warburg effect and related diseases such as tumor immune system and respiratory system diseases.
