肌筋膜经线是指一连串肌腱与肌肉连接线,是基于标准的西方解剖学拉力线。肌筋膜经线理论就是西方解剖学中的整体理念。肌筋膜经线理论近几年备受国内医疗界关注,目前的报道主要应用于骨伤科相关疾病。随着肌筋膜经线理论在临床应用中不断完善与创新,让我们在治疗的理念与方式上有更多的选择,以达到更好的疗效。本文简要阐述了该理论在临床中治疗骨伤科相关疾病的应用。

Myofascial meridian refers to a series of tendon and muscle connecting lines,and it is tension lines based on standard western anatomy.The theory of myofascial meridian is the overall concept in western anatomy.The theory of myofascial meridian has attracted much attention in the domestic medical community in recent years,and the current reports mainly refer to orthopedic and traumatology related diseases.With the continuous improvement and innovation of the myofascial meridian theory in clinical application,we have more choices in the concept and method of treatment to achieve better curative effect.This article briefly expounds the clinical application of myofascial meridian theory in the treatment of orthopedic and traumatology related diseases.
