摘要
炭疽病是枣生产中的一类重要的真菌性植物病害,近以来,在山东省枣园内发生危害,造成严重损失。本文利用ITS、GAPDH、CHS-1、ACT、CAL、TUB2等6个保守基因序列进行多基因系统分析并结合形态学特征及致病性试验,确定了引起枣炭疽病的病原菌为暹罗炭疽菌(Colletotrichum siamense)。这是暹罗炭疽菌侵染枣引起枣炭疽病的首次报道。
Jujube anthracnose is a disastrous disease caused by Colletotrichum sp.occurred in Jujube orchards,and result in yield losses.Based on six-gene phylogenetic analyses(ribosomal DNA-ITS,GAPDH,CHS-1,ACT,CAL,and TUB2)and morphological as well as cultural characters,the pathogen of Jujube anthracnose was identified as C.siamense.This is the first report of C.siamense as a causal agent of anthracnose of Jujube in the world.
