森林抚育剩余物资源化利用研究——以制作菌棒为例

Study on the Resource Utilization of Forest Tending Residues——Take the Production of Mushroom Stick as an Example

以平菇为试验对象,通过分析加入了松木屑的菌棒和传统的以阔叶木屑为主要成分的菌棒在菌丝长满时间、菌棒污染率、菌菇长势、出菇量、原料成本及利润间差异,筛选出制作平菇菌棒最佳的配方,并分析森林抚育剩余物(主要为松枝)在食用菌栽培利用中的可行性,为青岛市森林抚育剩余物的处理提供新的途径。结果表明:加入了松木屑的菌棒在除菌丝长满时间较长之外,其菌菇长势和出菇量都与传统的以阔叶木屑为主成分的菌棒差别不大,且菌棒污染率和原料成本更低,利润较大,综合效益较好。因此,加入了松木屑的菌棒可用于平菇培养,且松木屑含量以25%为宜。

Taking Pleurotus ostreatus as the experimental object,this paper selects the best formula for making Pleurotus ostreatus rods by analyzing the differences between the rods with pine sawdust and the traditional rods with broad-leaved sawdust as the main component in mycelial growth time,rod pollution rate,mushroom growth,mushroom yield,raw material cost and profit,and studies the forest tending residues(mainly pine branches).The feasibility of forest tending residues(mainly pine branches)in the cultivation and utilization of edible fungi was analyzed,so as to provide a new way for the treatment of forest tending residues in Qingdao.The results showed that except that the mycelium was full for a long time,the growth and mushroom yield of the mycelium stick with pine sawdust were not different from the traditional mycelium stick with broad-leaved sawdust as the main component,and the pollution rate and raw material cost of the mycelium stick were lower,the profit was larger and the comprehensive benefit was better.Therefore,the stick with pine sawdust can be used for Pleurotus ostreatus culture,and the content of pine sawdust is 25%.
