随着移动互联网的高速发展,犯罪活动呈现出非接触化、高危害性化的趋势。缺乏对数据化侦查的基础理论研究使得各地公安机关在打击非接触性犯罪过程中较为被动。因此,应根据科技发展过程详细梳理数据化侦查概念体系的内涵和外延,明确数据化侦查在公安机关打击犯罪中的基本定位,准确把握好物质交换原理、同一认定原理、因果关系原理在数据化时代的新内涵,为规范化的数据化侦查体系建设提供理论支撑。

The rapid development of the mobile Internet industry is accompanied by the emerging trend of non-contact and very dangerous criminal activities.Due to the lack of basic theoretical research on data-based investigation,many local public security organs act passively in the fight against non-contact crimes.Therefore,we should meticulously sort out the connotation and extension of the data-based investigation concept system in accordance with the process of scientific and technological development,clarify the basic positioning of data-based investigation in the public security organs'fight against crimes,and accurately grasp the new connotations of the material exchange principle,the principle of identity,and the principle of causation in the data-based era.In this way,some theoretical supports may be provided for the construction of a standardized data-based investigation system.
