作为显学的法学,其教育具有鲜明的时代性、深厚的理论性、突出的实践性、特殊的方法性和过程的长期性。在全面依法治国战略背景下,充分以习近平法治思想为根本指导,积极遵循法学教育教学和法科人才培养的内涵规律,面对“互联网+”时代的机遇与挑战,坚定以法学实践课程体系与教学内容为改革中心,能动地从主要动因、主要问题、主要对策三个维度探究“互联网+”法务视域下法科人才的实践培养,有的放矢地深化法学实践重构,与时俱进地提升学生实务能力,循序渐进地促进教育内涵发展。

Law is an influential science,and its education has distinctive characteristics of the times,profound theories,prominent practicality,special methods and long-lasting process.Against the backdrop of governing the country according to law,we should strictly take Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the fundamental guidance,and actively adhere to the connotation and law of legal education and cultivation of legal talents.In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the'Internet Plus'era,it is imperative to focus on the practical curriculum system and teaching content of law in the reform,actively explore the practical training for legal talents under the vision of'Internet Plus'legal affairs from the dimensions of main motivations,problems and countermeasures.It's also necessary to deepen the reconstruction of legal practice in a targeted manner,improve students'practical abilities to keep pace with the times,and promote the development of educational connotation in a gradual way.
