摘要
导电油墨作为电子印刷的重要要素近年来成为研究热点,石墨烯电阻率小,导电性能优异,通常作为导电填料与其他材料进行复合,制备新型复合导电油墨。对石墨烯复合导电油墨的相关文献进行分析并综述了3种复合导电油墨的研究进展,总结了石墨烯复合导电油墨在包装领域如薄膜开关、电子标签、印刷传感器、印刷电池中的应用现状,指出复合导电油墨将会向低成本、环境友好型、高导电性等方面继续发展,具有较好的发展前景。
Conductive ink is a hot topic in recent years as an important element of electronic printing.Graphene(RGO)has low resistivity and excellent electrical conductivity,and it is usually used as a conductive filler to compound with other materials to prepare new composite conductive ink.The literature of RGO based composite conductive ink was analysised and the research progress of the three kinds of the ink were reviewed.The application status of the ink in the field of packaging such as membrane switch,electronic labels,printing of sensors,printing batteries was summarized.It was pointed out that the ink will be to low cost,environment friendly,high electrical conductivity then it will have a good development prospect.
