摘要
通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备聚砜超滤膜。通过多巴胺和牛磺酸对聚砜超滤膜表面进行亲水改性,制备了抗污染聚砜复合超滤膜。采用傅里叶红外光谱对复合膜的组成进行了分析,通过接触角测试了改性前后复合膜的亲水性能,通过扫描电子显微镜研究了复合膜的形态结构,通过对牛血清白蛋白的抗污染测试研究了复合改性膜的抗污染性能。结果表明:改性聚砜复合膜的性能得到显著改善,水通量由195.5L/(m^(2)·h)增大到316.4L/(m^(2)·h),截留率较未改性时有所增强。同时亲水性能和抗污染性能得到了极大的提高,通量恢复率由43.1%增大到65%。
The polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was prepared by the immersion precipitation phase inversion method.The surface of the membrane was hydrophilically modified by dopamine and taurine to prepare an anti-fouling polysulfone composite ultrafiltration membrane.The hydrophilic properties of the modified membrane were determined by contact angle.The composition of the membrane was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The morphology of the membrane was studied by scanning electron microscope.The antipollution performance of the composite modified membrane was studied by the anti-pollution test of bovine serum albumin.The results showed that the performance of modified polysulfone composite membrane was effectively improved.The water flux increased from 195.5L/(m^(2)·h)to 316.4L/(m^(2)·h),and the retention rate was higher than that of the unmodified ultrafiltration membrane.At the same time,the hydrophilic and anti-pollution performance were greatly improved.The flux recovery rate increased from 43.1%to 65%.
