摘要
设计并制备了一种具有高交联度的氟改性水性聚氨酯乳液,在不同交联度、不同氟含量的条件下,从粒径、凝胶含量和耐水性角度分别对乳液自身性质和固化后的膜的性质进行分析,并在此基础上,通过极化曲线对改性聚氨酯涂层的实际防腐性能和机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:当甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯含量为5%,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯含量为7.5%时,改性聚氨酯膜交联度较高,耐水性优异,制备的涂层对金属基体具有出色的保护效果,其防腐性能略优于商用氟碳涂层,展现出了一定的实际应用价值,也为日后防腐涂层的分子结构设计提供了重要参考。
A fluorine-modified waterborne polyurethane(F/WPU)emulsion with high crosslinking degree was designed and prepared.Under the conditions of different crosslinking degrees and different fluorine contents,the properties of the emulsions and the cured films were evaluated from the perspectives of particle size,gel content and water resistance.Besides,the actual anti-corrosion performance and mechanism of the modified WPU coating were preliminarily discussed through polarization curves.The results shown that when the content of glycidyl methacrylate was 5%and the content of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate was 7.5%,the modified PUR film had higher degree of crosslinking and superior water resistance.The coating prepared by this emulsion possessed outstanding protective effect on metal substrates,and its anti-corrosion performance was slightly better than that of commercial fluorocarbon coatings,which shown certain practical application value,and also provided an important reference for the molecular structure design of anti-corrosion coatings in the future.
