杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性子宫内膜炎急性发作的临床研究

Clinical study on Xingxiang Tuerfeng Tablets combined with levofloxacin in treatment of acute attack of chronic endometritis

目的探讨杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星片治疗慢性子宫内膜炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2021年11月在郑州大学第二附属医院就诊的114例慢性子宫内膜炎急性发作患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各57例。对照组患者口服左氧氟沙星片,0.1 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服杏香兔耳风片,1.8 g/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗7 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者临床症状的消失时间和血清指标。结果治疗后,治疗组的治愈率为87.72%,高于对照组的治愈率71.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者持续低热、下腹疼痛、白带异常消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组的血清SAA、MMP-7、IL-6水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论杏香兔耳风片联合左氧氟沙星片治疗慢性子宫内膜炎的疗效确切,能减轻临床症状,降低炎症反应,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingxiang Tuerfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets in treatment of acute attack of chronic endometritis.Methods Patients(114 cases)with acute attack of chronic endometritis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2020 to November 2021 were andomly divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method,and each group had 57 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets,0.1 g/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xingxiang Tuerfeng Tablets on the basis of the control group,1.8 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the disappearance times of clinical symptoms and the serum indexes in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group(87.72%)was higher than that of the control group(71.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of continuous low fever,lower abdominal pain,and abnormal disappearance of leucorrhea in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SAA,MMP-7,and IL-6 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And the serum levels of SAA,MMP-7,and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion XingxiangTuerfeng Tablets combined with Levofloxacin Tablets is effective in the treatment of acute attack of chronic endometritis,which can reduce clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction,and has good safety.
